A clinic for breastcenter treatment and rehabilitation asked me to design a logo for them and that is what I came up with. It seems to be pretty simple and in terms of executing it really wasn't too hard. The difficult part here was to not offend anybody or be "scary" in the choice of logo. It was more to sooth people, give them hope but also not to remain too ambiguous. A cool color seemed to be much more appropriate than any color that could symbolize flesh or blood so I chose blue. The protecting hand and the image of a breast in one happend during research and was simpified more and more until it was simple enough to serve as a logo but also complex enough to be recognizable.
