Perl library to control the Spykee robot moved to github

Back in 2010, I created a Perl library to talk to the Spykee robot (with two belts, wifi, USB and Linux) and made it available from my web page. Today I concluded that it should move to a site that is easier to use to cooperate with others, and moved it to github.
